SUBMITTING YOUR DOCUMENTS FOR EDITING
Accepted Submission Formats
Short documents (under 1,000 words) may be submitted in the body of an email message. Documents of any size may be may be submitted as an email attachment in any of the following formats:
Note: I prefer email transmissions as they save both time and money. If you wish to mail your document on a CD or Zip disk, email me for additional instructions.
Editing Project Procedure
When you're ready to start working together on an editing project, send me your document (firstname.lastname@example.org) as an email attachment in one of the formats listed above or in the body of the message (if less than 1,000 words). Let me know:
I'll review your project and determine the total estimated cost. If I feel that you need a more or less intensive form of editing than you have requested, I'll let you know before we go any further.
Once we are in agreement as to the terms of the editing project, I'll send a detailed confirmation and give you instructions for processing your preferred form of payment.
